RETURNS

All claims must be claimed within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. 

WITHDRAWAL FORM THE CONTRACT
The consumer has the right (except for some exceptions) to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of goods ordered via the Internet. The consumer must be notified of this in advance, including a model withdrawal form. The sample form can be downloaded HERE.

Act no. 102/2014 Z.z. Consumer Protection Act when selling goods or providing services under a distance or off-premises contract of the seller and amending and amending certain laws:

The consumer can not withdraw from the contract (until 14 days) if he is subject to:
C.) The sale of goods made in accordance with the specific requirements of the consumer, manufactured goods or goods specifically intended for one consumer

If you are not 100% sure of buying a cardigan or another product and the exact delivery date, please contact us at info@thegclothing.com and we will be happy to answer your questions. There may be a situation where we do not have material to produce cardigans, but every 2 weeks we have material, so we believe that even if you book for your piece you will wait. Even though the cardigan is available and you happen to wait for a cardigan longer than a week, that's because we really want to meet everyone and we want the cardigan to be delivered to each of you.

WARRANTY

Each product is subject to a 2 year warranty from Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Slovak Republic. 

RETURNS

Returns must be sent back within 14 days and then we charge all shipping costs. Goods can be returned without any further form or request.

 

SHIPPING&DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. We use DHL Express only. The Price of transport varies depending on the tariff zone you are entering. In the EU is delivery 1 to 3 days. Rest of world is delivery 2 - 4 days.

  • FREE EU DHL EXPRESS - on orders above the value of 99€.

  • FREE US/CANADA AND REST OF WORLD DHL EXPRESS  - on orders above the value of 175$.
